Our services can be split into three broad areas as follows:

1. Design and delivery of tailored training services. In addition to our face-to-face training, we offer innovative distance-learning, electronic and online programmes which enable busy professionals to gain enhanced knowledge and practical skills.

3. Design and delivery of bespoke research projects on national, local and organisational levels - including the development and production of publications in the fields of Equality & Diversity and Human Resources.
