The Duty to Promote Race Equality, the Duty to Promote Disability Equality and the Gender Equality Duty mean that public authorities must take a proactive approach to equality, becoming proactive agents of change.

We offer facilitated workshops to assist organisations in developing their responses to the ‘Equality Duties’.
